Does anyone else feel like an aesthetically pleasing tablescape can totally transform a home. And before I go further I feel obligated as a Thanksgiving fall tablescapes have been something I love to set out. I never even knew the term existed until recently, and now, it’s one of my favorite categories to browse on Pinterest! As you know, my style is pretty minimalist and neutral so ensuring my tablescapes don’t overpower the room was really important! For Thanksgiving this year, I wanted to make my table stand out and look like it is always ready to host our loved ones!
Our Thanksgiving and Fall Tablescape
After Halloween was over, we got rid of the pumpkins and gourds that we had, and last week we went and grabbed a few fresh ones from a local nursery to add to our updated Thanksgiving decor. When deciding on our Thanksgiving fall tablescape, I knew I wanted to give off some classy and elegant vibes in a subtle way, so we went with the various height candle holders. They are sold individually at Target, in 3 different sizes, so we got 3 of each size!
These basket-weave placemats are one of my favorite Target finds of all time! They honestly fit in well every single season, so I rarely want to switch them out! And if I am being really candid, they make a great and safe 5 minute distraction for Harrison on days where nothing else seems to be good enough.
When I saw this Minted trompe l’oeil fawn table runner, I knew it would be a beautiful option for our long dining table and eagerly awaited its arrival! I love that its a print on luxury linen where it will hold up well to drink condensation, spills, etc.
We checked out a super cute local nursery a few weeks ago, which is where we were able to grab the mini pumpkins you see in the middle of the table. I really love getting fresh little pumpkins as decor for around my house during fall. Sometimes we end up carving them before they wilt, other times we will use the insides for some of my favorite pumpkin recipes! I found a few decorative pumpkins that I plan on switching out once these start rotting that I’m adding below!
In addition to what I have set up on my tablescape, I wanted to share some products I was inspired by for my setup and hopefully get your Thanksgiving fall tablescape creativity flowing!
