Fall fashion is on my mind but the San Francisco weather is just now warming up for ‘summer’. One of my favorite pieces to wear for summer is the iconic maxi skirt. It reminds me of casual vacations in flip flop–yet the length gives off a wonderful drama perfect for autumn. To bring my slit maxi into fall, I paired it with a a thicker, horizontal striped top from Jigsaw London which juxtaposed nicely against the vertical slit.
In my previous post, I shared with you my first experience at Drybar and for this month I’m sharing a new favorite blowout with you–the Mai Tai! I felt this style would be a nice touch to my summer-to-fall maxi and loved the soft, messy waves (although the San Francisco wind was not cooperating…). I think the Mai Tai might be my favorite blowout to date which is surprising since I normally love a classic round brush on my tresses. But its always fun to surprise yourself with what you like when you try new things!
Stay tuned for my next Drybar hairstyle feature coming up in the month of October!
