Between my full-time job, blogging, and chilling in the evening with a Netflix show, I’m on screens a lot. That’s totally fine, since I love what I do, but a couple months ago, I noticed that my eyes felt strained by the end of the day and I had difficulty falling asleep. That’s when I learned about blue light – the light that emits from screens. Blue light is known to strain and irritate eyes, and impair sleep. It would be great to reduce screen exposure, but honestly that’s really hard to do with work and life. So I jumped on one of the latest wellness trends, blue light blocking glasses, and I swear they have made such a difference! Thankfully, blue light glasses have gotten a bit more stylish than they use to be (original ones had orange lenses) and there are some affordable options out there. Here are some of the best blue light glasses I use!
THE BEST BLUE LIGHT GLASSES I USE
SOJOS METAL FRAME
For a metal frame look, this rose gold pair is one of my favorites! They have several other colors to choose from as well, and you can replace the lenses with prescription lenses if you need to.
LIVHO 2 PACK
This set is such a great deal, and I love having a couple options for frames so I can match them with my outfit. There are several options for frame colors, but these two pairs are my favorite.
SOJOS RETRO ROUND
Another favorite for me! The round frames and leopard print make these glasses the cutest accessory to upgrade your work-from-home look.
SOJOS CLASSIC SQUARE
The oversized glasses look is in, and I love the bold statement of this pair. Classic black make them a match for almost any outfit.

WILD FABLE CLUBMASTER GLASSES
A super affordable and stylish option from Target. I love the mix of metal and translucent frames.
TRACEY BLUE LIGHT GLASSES
I love the chunky, oversized look of these glasses. Stylish and effective are always a win in my book. They come in two colors, pink and taupe.
LAYLA CAT BLUE LIGHT GLASSES
Again, another pair with a translucent frame (you’ll see several of those here because I love the look!). The cat eye frame is back in style, and I love this modern take on the look.
KARTER BLUE LIGHT GLASSES
The aviator look is a classic and these these classic thin-framed aviator glasses from DIFF Eyewear featuring thin frames and a subtle brow bar. Love it! Frames come in two color options, champagne (shown here) and black.
GEOMETRIC BLUE LIGHT GLASSES
Want to try something different? I love the architectural frames on this pair!
